Liver with Onions and GravyBaby beef liver, sliced Shake liver in bag with flour, salt, pepper and sage to season. In a cast iron skillet, fry liver and onions slowly in hot oil until done. Remove liver and pour enough water for the amount of gravy desired into skillet. Mix a little flour and water and add to liquid, stirring over heat until gravy thickens. Remove from heat. Pour over liver and serve. |
