Texas Fajitas2 small packages skirt steak Cut skirt steaks into thin strips. Combine with onions and bell peppers. Quickly fry, tossing almost constantly, in a hot cast iron skillet, basting with a mixture of lime juice, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the center of warm flour tortillas. Top with sour cream, guacamole and salsa. Roll up and enjoy. |
